Yeah! I got my invite to the dimdim beta.
Moodle + DimDim = Very cool learning management, development, delivery for the little guys. No more million dollar contracts, but all the functionality and then some.
Open is the future!
Can't wait to read what you have to say about DimDim. I'm still waiting for my beta invite, but I'm also working with our Network/Systems Engineer to set up a local instance integrated with our Moodle test site. Aside from the Open Source nature (and cost savings), I'm most interested in the "no plug-ins" required aspect. Many of our customers and students work for government agencies or commercial entities that don't allow installing any new software without jumping through lots of time-consuming and headache-inducing hoops.
