Watching this reminded me of a momment I forgot to share with y'all. While listening to Lance Dublin present this week, I heard a fabulous remark in response to a trend that Lance listed. He listed this: Increased competition for Qualified Workers. When Lance asked if there are any other trends he should add this came from a participant: "Increased competition for Qualified EMPLOYERS".
