Jane Hart has compiled an extensive list of FREE elearning Tools and a Guide for using those tools.
Its an amazing resource and I didn't have time to view it all but I do recommend the Podcasting section. Lots of links to podcasting tips and tricks, and free tools as well.
Be warned - you could lose many hours cruising this resource.
