It's sunday afternoon and I'm compelled to post again. If you have the chance to try a potters wheel...you should. Very therapeutic.
Of course being at a learning conference made me think of the process. I watched someone else first. Then I was coached. Then I did it.
In case you were wondering...it's the DOING that made it happen. Let's remember to never leave out the DOING in our eLearning.
